This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to ensure that the top section of your homepage is correctly translated into French using WPML. Although the translation appears correct in the WPML Translation Editor, it does not display on the French version of the homepage, and the styling differs from the English version.
Solution:
We recommend editing the homepage in the primary language, English, and then resaving the page. Afterward, retranslate the contents. This process should ensure that both the translation and the styling are correctly applied to the French version of the page. If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check the related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the top section of the home page on my site, hidden link, is translated correctly into French using WPML. I am using the WPML Translation Editor, and I can see the English text 'The World's Leading Induction Cap Sealing Range' alongside its French translation 'La gamme leader mondial de thermoscellage par induction', which has been translated from memory.

Symptoms:
The French version of the home page does not display the translated text for the top section, and the appearance of this section is different from the home language version.

Questions:
Why is the translated text not appearing on the French version of the home page?
Why does the top section of the French page look different from the home language version?

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply. I can see the issue now. Please edit the homepage of the primary language, English, and then, resave the page. Then, retranslate the contents as shown in the attached screenshot.

Once you've done that, the stylings will be copied over to the translated page as shown in this example. hidden link

Thanks for coming back to me. That looks to have resolved it for one of the FL so we'll roll this out across the others.

Thanks
