This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate your WooCommerce shop page, but it turns blank when you attempt to translate it.
Solution:
We recommend navigating to WooCommerce → Settings, then open the Products tab and go to Display. Here, you can define a shop page for the default language. Use the top-bar language switcher to ensure a corresponding page is selected for the translation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello There!
I hope you're doing well.

Before this thread is assigned to my colleague, I’d like to provide some initial guidance and possible solutions.

I checked the shop page, and when switching to a second language, I was able to see the content. Here’s a screenshot for reference: hidden link.

Are you encountering the blank issue in the Translation Editor or the WordPress editor? Could you please share a video or screenshot clearly demonstrating the problem? This will help us understand and assist you better.

Please also share the WPML Debug Information of your site so that I can get a better overview of your site and system.

- Here's how you can get the Debug Info: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Copy the Info and paste it to the Debug information box right below the reply box.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

My questions is not what you reply.
My questions is where is the shop page we translated.

Hi,

please navigate to WooCommerce → Settings, then open the Products tab and go to Display. Here, you can define a shop page for the default language. Use the top-bar language switcher to ensure a corresponding page is selected for the translation.
