This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing 500 errors on their website as indicated by SEMrush, specifically with hreflang links.

Solution:
We reviewed the client's website and the specific pages mentioned. After a thorough check, we found that the links are functioning correctly and there are no 404 errors. We suggest that the hreflang errors reported by SEMrush might be false positives. To address this, we recommend:
1. Ensure that all translated pages are fully published.
2. Clear the website's cache to refresh the content.
3. Perform the SEMrush audit again to see if the errors were temporary.
If the errors persist after these steps, we invite the client to inform us so we can investigate further.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.

Tell us what you are trying to do? Trying to solve the 500 errors that semrush points out that our pages have with hreflang

Is there any documentation that you are following? No. I am looking for help in the wpml forums and I already have wpml SEO installed.

Is there a similar example that we can see? is in the attached image

What is the link to your site? hidden link

I would like if some technician could enter our test site to analyze the problem. This is the second time I have reported this error and I have no response. I will wait for their response to see if they agree to log in and find out the problems with the hreflang.

Hi There,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details about the issue you're encountering with hreflang errors as indicated by SEMrush on your website, hidden link. I understand your concern and the need to resolve this as smoothly as possible.

Upon reviewing the information you've provided, including the screenshot and specific page URLs, I conducted a thorough check on one of the pages mentioned in the screenshot(hidden link). My investigation focused on the links identified as problematic in the SEMrush audit and I would like to inform you that these links are functioning correctly, with no apparent issues leading to a 404 (Page Not Found) error or other common causes of broken links.

Given this, it appears that the hreflang errors flagged by SEMrush might be false positive alarms. This situation can sometimes occur due to temporary site issues, such as pages not being fully published or cached content not being updated. I recommend performing the audit again by ensuring that all translated pages on your site are fully published. Additionally, clearing the site's cache might help in refreshing the content. This will help determine if the issues were temporary and have been resolved or if further investigation is required.

If the problem persists, I'll be happy to delve deeper into the matter. Please let me know the results of your next audit or if there's anything more I can assist you with.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
