I went to WPML >> String Translation and found the subject string at the top of the page. I saved the translation, and it worked fine as you can see in the attached screenshot.

I also saved the translations for the other two strings, and they saved without any problems:

It might have been a temporary glitch. Could you please try again and let me know if it works?

Thank you

Hi,

It's the same on PRODUCTION. I was able to save the string, BUT the one we deleted is now inversed.
French is English: hidden link

Please advise.

What about the XML code you added?

<wpml-config>
<admin-texts>
<key name="woocommerce_yith_wcbk_customer_booking_notification_before_start_settings">
<key name="subject" />
</key>
</admin-texts>

Do I keep it?

Regards

Glad to hear you are now able to save the strings. Yes, you can remove the XML code now. For that string, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the WPML >> String Translation page.
2. Select that string.
3. Assign the English language using “Change the language of selected strings” dropdown as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Here is a doc for more details:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/how-to-change-the-source-language-of-strings/

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation

Sorry for any confusion. The steps and screenshot I shared earlier are for the deleted string that now shows the wrong source language.

You can set the correct language by following this guide:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/how-to-change-the-source-language-of-strings/

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I missed something.

Thank you
