This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with the German translations of product pages on their website. The main problems included the first text appearing in English, the title of the second part appearing in Dutch, and a section at the end not displaying other products correctly.
Solution:
We logged into the client's site and inspected the translated pages. The issues were primarily due to the dynamic fields in Elementor pulling information from the English product. We edited the German product in the Elementor editor and selected the correct German product in the dynamic field to resolve the description issue. For the text 'Stralingsbronnen', it can be translated using the translation editor. To address the issue of missing products at the bottom of the page, the client needs to translate the remaining products and adjust the product query in the German version of the page from the Elementor editor.
Additionally, if the client encounters issues with selecting the right product in the 'Produkt Inhalt' field, it may be due to caching. Clearing the site and browser cache should resolve this. If the problem persists, synchronizing the products via 'WPML > Support > Troubleshooting' might help.

If these solutions do not resolve the issues or if they seem outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi,

I have some problems on the German translations, that I had on the English translations too and that your colleagues have solved.
It is on the 9 product pages eg. hidden link

Where:
1) the first Text is in English
2) The title of the second part is in Dutch (stralingsbronnen)
3) At the end "Maak je bescherming compleet" is in Dutch and is not showing our other products

Could you have a look please?

Kind regards,
Lode

Hi Lode,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issues you're having. Since you’ve already provided site access in another ticket, I logged in and inspected the translated page directly. I noticed that the layout was designed using Elementor, with the product description inserted dynamically. Here’s a screenshot: hidden link.

The dynamic field was set to pull information from the English product, which was the main cause of the issue. I edited the German product in the Elementor editor and selected the German product in the dynamic field, which solves the description issue.

The text 'Stralingsbronnen' can be translated into German using the translation editor. You can view it here: hidden link.

Please update the German translation as needed for that text.

As for the missing products at the bottom, I noticed that only one product on your site has been translated into German. To fix this, translate the remaining products, then adjust the product query in the German version of the page from the Elementor editor. This will resolve the product display issue.

I hope I’ve addressed your concerns. If you need any further assistance or clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. I’ll be happy to help!

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello Prosenjit,

thank you very much.

It is not clear how you did this: "The dynamic field was set to pull information from the English product, which was the main cause of the issue. I edited the German product in the Elementor editor and selected the German product in the dynamic field, which solves the description issue."

could you give me some screenshots about this, so I can change it for the other products as well?

Thanks,
Lode

Hello Lode,
Thank you for the update.

I've created a video demonstrating how the Description field was updated to pull information from the German product. Please check hidden link">this video to get a clear understanding of the process.

I also checked the other pages you mentioned in your last message and confirmed that the text "Stralingsbronnen" is correctly translated on those pages. Here's a screenshot for your reference: hidden link

If you're not seeing the translation, try clearing the caches on both your site and browser. I hope it will help.

Feel free to let me know if there is anything else you need help with. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

But there is one where I cannot select the right product in the "Produkt Inhalt" field. Even when I add a new field. And therefore, it remains in Dutch... hidden link

Can you have a look please?

thanks,

Lode

I still have some other problems
I am trying to translate the text of some buttons on my site hidden link using WPML.

Text of some buttons is not translated on the German site.

Questions:
Why is the text right on top of every not translated of some buttons not translated on the German site?
How can I ensure that all Elementor widget texts are translated correctly?

Hello There,
Thank you for the update.

I inspected the specific page and could select the product from the list without issues. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

The issue you encountered may have been temporary, likely due to caching. If this problem arises again, clear the cache on both your site and browser. Since you're using object caching, don't forget to clear those caches as well.

As an additional step, you can also synchronize the products by following these instructions:

- Navigate to `WPML > Support > Troubleshooting`
- In the 'Cleanup' section, select "Products" from the dropdown menu
- Click the "Synchronize Post Taxonomies" button.

I hope the steps above will help in selecting the products correctly.

I also understood the issue with Button and would be happy to assist you with that. But, please note that we are allowed to discuss one issue per ticket as per our support policy. Since the issue mentioned in your last response is different from the original one, I have created a separate ticket for you to address the button issue specifically. A response will be sent to that ticket soon.

If you need further assistance with the issues mentioned in this ticket, feel free to let me know. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
