I already mentioned you the ways you can see where the credits were used, so I suggest you to check it once and let me know if you see any issues. Shekhar Bhandari WPML Supporter since 03/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Kathmandu (GMT+05:45)	Hello there, Reset will result in translations being lost and if you are okay with it, you can reset it. https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/deleting-languages-and-plugin-data-by-doing-a-wpml-reset-on-your-site/ But remember that the credits used will not be refunded as once the credits are used we have already paid the translation engines for it. omari-3	But I have 18000 credit, but you said 10000 are used till now, but I want to know why I can't use the left credit. Why does it show me I have no credits?

omari-3	Hello, please let me know if I have 180000 credits. You told me that 10,000 credits are used, so what about 8,000 credits?
