This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to continue translating because they have reached a $100 billing limit and are experiencing an automatic block.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to remove the restriction and continue translating:
1. Go to your pages or posts and select one with substantial untranslated content.
2. Click the '+' to add a translation.
3. In the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), you will see a 'not enough credits' message with a 'Get more credits' link.
4. Click on 'Get more credits' to access the payment option and proceed with the payment.

Alternatively, you can temporarily disable the pay-as-you-go mode, make the payment, and then re-enable it to lift the restriction.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it is outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello there,

Thank you for contacting our support.

There is an automatic block when the bill reaches $99.99.

When the payment is processed, on May 1st, new credits will be available for purchase.

It is possible to proceed to the payment before and remove the restriction.

In short, you should follow these steps to pay before the billing date and continue translating:

- Go to your pages or posts and select one page or post which has much content, needing translation (not yet translated).
- Click the + to add the translation.
- In ATE, you 'll see the above mentioned "not enough credits" message with "Get more credits" link.
- Click that "Get more credits" link to get to the payment option.

Please check the screenshots for further reference.

Alternatively, you may temporarily disable the pay-as-you-go mode and perform the payment, then you can return to pay-as-you-go and the restriction should be lifted up as wel.
