This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're seeing images in your media gallery multiple times, possibly once for each language, and if you're unable to find the settings for translating URLs which you usually see in the WPML translator, here's what we recommend.
Solution:
For the issue of images appearing multiple times in the media gallery, this might be related to how WPML handles media translation. We recommend checking your WPML Media settings to ensure that the option to duplicate media for translations is configured according to your needs.
Regarding the URL translation settings not appearing, this could be due to a temporary issue or a change in the WPML version. We have opened a new ticket specifically for this issue, which you can follow here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-slug-not-available-for-translation/

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hello,

I’ve just tested this again and everything is working correctly. As you can see, the image is properly set in the first slide.

I also made a copy of your website and tested it locally, where it works without any issues. The reason it failed during my initial check was that the image hadn’t been uploaded correctly—it took some time, so the process failed. I then uploaded another image. Essentially, that was my mistake not waiting for upload to finish.

Please update the image in the default language and then re-translate the page using the WPML editor until it reaches 100%. After that, everything should work fine.

Kind regards,
Drazen

Hello,

thanks for getting back.

In order to keep things clear I have opened new ticket for your new issue and lets continue there:

I suggest we close this current ticket since seems there are no more doubts on original topic.

Kind regards,
Drazen
