Problem:
The client is having trouble registering their WPML plugin with a new site key after migrating their website from a staging environment to the live domain.
Solution:
1. We asked the client to clarify what 'it is not working' means, including any error messages received when attempting to register.
2. We advised the client to ensure that the site key was created for the exact URL
https://caritasprovitaegradu.ch/
without any prefixes like 'www'.
3. We suggested verifying that the site migration was completed successfully, recommending the use of a migration plugin like Duplicator if necessary.
