Need help transferring the credits from the dev site to the live site

Joshua	Background of the issue: I am trying to move translations from the dev site to the live site decarbonator.com. I attempted to do this by selecting an option, but it just redirects to the live site. Here is a screenshot of what I tried: hidden link. Symptoms: I am not sure how it is meant to work. I expected to see something different, but I am not sure what. Questions: How do I transfer translations from the dev site to the live site? Why does the option I selected redirect to the live site?
