[Waiting for user confirmation] Newly Added Language Not Available in the Translation Management menu

Background of the issue:
I just added Dutch as a new language using the Languages menu from the WPML WordPress plugin.

Symptoms:
When I go to Translation Management, I can't see this new language added.

Questions:
Why is the newly added Dutch language not appearing in the Translation Management menu?

Hello,

you have been inactive for a while, so I have created ticket.

I have seen there was no Dutch added, so I have added it again and it shows fine now. I also see you have Object cache enabled, I advise to disable it while you work with WPML as it can cause sometimes weird issues. You can enable it back once you have done with translation etc.
