Tell us what you are trying to do?
When I added a product, it automatically translated it into Arabic, but it did not translate the last two products I installed. I only see the Refreshing translation status icon for these products.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi there,

Please go to WPML->Translation Management-> Automatic Translation/Tools, are you currently using pre-paid credits or the Pay as You Go plan?

If using pre-paid credits verify you have enough credits for the translation.

if the credits are OK, try the following:

1. Go to WPML -> Translation Management->select the 2 new product and send for automatic translation

2. If #1 fails, please manually edit the products in the default language, make a small change, and update, it should now translate automatically
