Hi,

I installed a local copy of your site and tried some workarounds with no luck.

After that, I noticed that the issue happened in both languages, so I deactivated all of the WPML plugins, and the issue persisted.

So, the issue is not related to the translation. It's related to WooCommerce. Please consult WooCommerce support regarding this issue and let us know their findings.

Please check the following screenshots to see an example:

1- All plugins deactivated hidden link">except for WooCommerce
2- The category count in hidden link">the dashboard
3- The category count on hidden link">the front end

Please note that all products in this category are in stock, so the front end should show 11 products, not 6.

I tried the re-count terms function in WooCommerce-> Status-> Tools, but it didn't help.

Best regards,
Osama

Hello,
thank you for checking. Have you ever had situations when Woo was a reason? Does it mean that all Woo + WPML users having the same Woo version (the latest) will experience the same problem as me?

Hi,

I don't think all users will have the same issues as you. I think this issue might be related to corrupted database records.

In order to make sure that this issue is not related to the translation, please deactivate all of the WPML plugins, check the same category page, and see if the missing products will appear correctly.

Best regards,
Osama
