Background of the issue:
Our search field doesn't work anymore. We need urgent assistance as several web developers could not solve the issue. Since we added new languages to our website, we had this error. The field only works in our main language (Dutch), but in other languages it doesn't. See video for details hidden link.

Symptoms:
Search field doesn't work in languages other than the main language (Dutch).

Questions:
Can you schedule a meeting to discuss the issue?
Can you provide specific assistance for this issue?

Hi,

As discussed, to further troubleshoot the issue I would require a copy of your website to test it locally and further escalate the issue if needed.

You can use the Duplicator plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) to create a copy of your website and upload the backup on a file-sharing website (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), please send me the link to download the backup after.

* Please try to minimize the size of the backup file by excluding unnecessary media files or backup folders that might be in the "/wp-content/" folder.

Hi Marsel,

We have tried to copy our website but our hosting is giving an error when doing this. We have raised a ticket for this, but in the meantime we would like to check if it would also be ok for you to provide you with a staging website?

Please let me know if we can proceed with this.

Please on the sandbox site do not import your website, only upload the theme and must-have plugins, the WPML plugins are already active.

Would it be possible to create 1/2 of the properties (and translate them) and the search fields the same as you have them on your website so I can check further?
