This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You've added a new page to your site with elements that aren't working correctly when trying to translate them using WPML. Specifically, these elements do not appear in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) and remain untranslated on the front end after translation.
Solution:
The issue stems from the Forminator plugin not being compatible with WPML. Despite attempts to make Forminator compatible with WPML, it is currently not possible to translate the forms using WPML's Translation Editor. We recommend using a WPML compatible form plugin instead. You can find a list of compatible plugins here: https://wpml.org/plugin-functionality/form/
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, you can contact us directly through the WPML support forum.
