This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with your menu section being messy and showing duplicated menus,
Solution:
we recommend temporarily disabling WPML and then resaving your main menu. This action has resolved similar issues in the past. However, if this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML support forum.

I notice that the menu section is messy up also.it has duplicated menus show up. May i share you the WP-admin so that you can check it? thanks

I appreciate your patience. It should be fine now. I cannot say why you got this, but temporarily disabling WPML and resaving the main menu has fixed it.

Maybe the page isn't fully loaded, as I do not see the languages on it. Or maybe cache?
