From what I can see, there’s already an open ticket for this issue here:

This is considered a duplicate ticket.

Please do not open more tickets for the same issue as this will only load the ticket queue and will move your initial tickets lower in the queue priority.

Please wait for a response in the initially created ticket.

Can you also please mark this current ticket as resolved?

Hi there.

The tickets will be handled in the order of the ticket queue and there is a full queue at this point so getting back to customers can take a bit longer.

This current ticket is a duplicate ticket and it is marked by our system as such.

The issue will be handled in the initially created ticket (the first posted) as I mentioned earlier.
