Also I wanted to know, if I delete a property on my French site, will the page translated into English be deleted too? I checked a box in the "When deleting an article, also delete translations" options, but I'm not sure if this will work for my custom properties pages.

You can go to WPML → Translation Management and activate the option "Translate Everything Automatically". This means the page, post, or property will be automatically translated as soon as it is published.

Yes, it should also work for properties if you delete the original property.
