Summary
WPML Multilingual CMS 4.9.0: translated pages (e.g. FR) still show the original language (EN) image on the frontend.
What we did
• In WPML → Media Translation, we uploaded/assigned a different image for FR.
• However, the FR page still displays the EN image.
Notes
• The image on the FR page is currently embedded as a raw HTML <img> tag (hard-coded URL) in the text editor.
• In WPML → Settings → Media Translation, we only see the image-text auto-detect toggle (no “duplicate media/featured images” options).
Questions
1. Does WPML Media Translation swap images when they’re inserted as raw <img> tags, or do we need to re-insert via Media Library / replace URLs manually?
2. Where in WPML 4.9.0 can we run the bulk media resync/duplicate actions?
