Hello,

I am running into a problem where sometimes WPML does not display the translation that is provided. I have attached a screenshot to better understand what I mean, however I will provide some information:

First, the client is using the wordpress editor for all translations, which means we are NOT using the advanced translator dashboard.
Secondly, this is specifically happening to a custom post type at this moment.
The field not being shown all the time is an ACF field.
The ACF component IS configured correctly.

So what is happening is that we are providing a translation for an ACF field called "Position" to a post type called "Team Member." This field is getting translated and shown about 95% of the time, but for whatever reason, random posts are not displaying the translation. Rather, it is rendering nothing.

I have tried editing the translation numerous times and reseting permalinks, clearing cache, and checking the ACF component language settings. I cannot figure out why it is not display just a few of these translations.

There is an instance of this happening on this link:

Please help! And PLEASE CC the email dregular@jac.co on any correspondence.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

Could this issue maybe be related to one of these two errata?

1) https://wpml.org/errata/advanced-custom-fields-acf-conditional-logic-not-working-for-taxonomy-or-post-object-fields-in-secondary-languages/
(Please try applying the workaround.)

2) https://wpml.org/errata/advanced-custom-fields-multilingual-reordering-repeater-fields-makes-the-translations-unsynchronised/
(For now, avoid reordering groups of repeater fields in the second language)

Best regards
Andreas
