This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are working on a site under development and have noticed that although the translation appears correct in the backend, it is incorrect on the frontend. Specifically, in Dutch, it displays 'Zwolle' while in English, it shows 'Scheveningen'.
Solution:
We recommend updating the page translation. First, make a slight modification to the original page and save it. Then, proceed to the WPML translation editor to update and complete the translation. If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, or if it does not apply to your case, please check the related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if the problem persists. You can do so at WPML support forum.
