I expected to see:
A working WP Admin
Instead, I got:
The WP Admin Styles cannot be loaded. In The Browser Console you can see the warning messages according to the attached printscreens.
If I enable the constant "SCRIPT_DEBUG", the styles of WP Admin are correctly loaded. As soon as i remove it again, the styles cannot be loaded again. Instead of I see a 500 Error for the call for load-styles.php (see printscreen)

Backup (both files and database) your site before giving us your credentials. You can use a plugin for this if you like. I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose.

It would be better if you gave me the test site rather than the live site.

If the issues need some changes in the plugin updates/disabling we will install a plugin called “duplicator” and replicate the site on our local server for testing.
