We need help with automatic translation for our site hidden link. We had a license for WMPL & used it to do a translation from English to Spanish. Currently we had pre-paid credits & need to do a new translation from English to Portuguese Brazil. We tried doing automatic translation & completed the translation for 3 pages. It says translation is successfully completed, but the pages are not showing under the 'review translations' tab. Can you help us identify the issue here. I've attached a screenshot below.
Please let me know once you have been able to increase the memory. Also, please go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Jobs tab and let me know what you see for the status of the pages that are not showing under review.

Also, test these steps now that memory is increased (make sure you are looking at WP memory which is different than PHP memory. You can see both limits at WPML -> Support.
1. Go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard-> Translation Jobs and cancel the in progress job. If there is no in progress job, continue to the next steps.
2. Edit the default page. Make any small change and update the page.
3. Go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard and send this page to translationt. Tick the checkbox, scroll down and click translate.
4. Go to WPML -> Translations and take and translate the page. Save the translation 100% and then let's see if the correct content shows.
Hi Lauren,
I'll test the steps you mentioned in the last update. But I wanted to follow-up on my previous question. we were asked to increase the memory to 256M; but we were already at 256M so should we increase the memory again?
I followed the above steps you mentioned but it did not work.
Earlier we had 4 translations for review now I have 5, but they are not showing up in the review section.
I've added a screenshot here.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
We need a user mail id to create WP login, can you share one?
Also, our team create a safe link to share the FTP password; can we paste that link in the secure form?
