This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to cancel their WPML subscription and has already turned off the auto-renewal but is unsure if further action is needed to completely close it out.
Solution:
If you have already canceled the auto-renewal in your WPML.org account, no further action is required. Your subscription will not renew automatically and will remain active until the current expiration date. If you have any technical questions or need further assistance, we recommend visiting the WPML support forum.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If this does not resolve your issue, please open a new support ticket.

I want to cancel my subscription. I turned off the auto renewal but not sure if I need to do anything else to close it out. We are no longer using the plugin's functionality.
