Solution:
We informed the client that it is not possible to convert an existing support ticket into a live chat session. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend closing the current ticket and initiating a new chat request through our system. Please be aware that live chat is only available when our chat supporters are online. If no agents are available, your chat request will automatically be converted into a support ticket.
