Problem:
The client requested to convert an existing support ticket into a live chat session.
Solution:
We informed the client that it is not possible to convert an existing support ticket into a live chat session. If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend closing the current ticket and initiating a new chat request through our system. Please be aware that live chat is only available when our chat supporters are online. If no agents are available at the time of your request, it will automatically be converted into a support ticket.

We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
