THank you, I was finally able to login. I went to WPML -> Settings and in the custom field section, I clicked Show System Fields. I then typed CSS into the search, found the Elementor CSS was set to Not Translated, so I changed that to Copy and saved my changes. I now can see that the CSS seems to show for all languages: hidden link
