I need to delete all glossary items from my site hidden link. The plugin interface only allows me to delete them one at a time, and there are about 10,000 items. I tried creating a new development domain hoping the glossary would not be there, but the items were still present. I have no choice but to ask your technical team to delete all glossary items assigned to this account. It would also be great if I could do it myself if necessary.

Currently, there is no option to bulk-delete glossary items. This feature has been added to our request list, but I cannot say when it will be implemented.
The timing of when our developers will release an update that includes this feature is not something we, as supporters, can determine.

Our team independently created a script yesterday that deletes items. It does it one by one, however it is much faster than a human does it. Unfortunately the problem of unsuccessful import of CSV file, which led to such a task as described above and lack of bulk deletion had serious consequences. In the future such functionality seems to me obviously necessary.
If someone faces the same problem - we recommend to consider the option with Node + Selenium.
