This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing an issue where your site breaks when both WPML and another plugin are enabled due to incorrect translations, specifically missing string format specifiers like "%s". You need to delete all translation information of the other plugin to enable both plugins and start the translation from scratch.
Solution:
We recommend that you navigate to the

/wp-content/languages/

and

/wp-content/languages/wpml/

directories via your file manager to locate and delete the specific .mo files associated with the problematic plugin or theme and the language in question. Before proceeding with this action, ensure that you back up your database to prevent any data loss.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If this does not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I'm having an issue with one particular plugin's translations on WPML. Due to incorrect translation, specifically missing string format specifiers (i.e., "%s"), the site is breaking when both plugins are enabled. Currently, only WPML is enabled. I need to delete all the translation information (all translated strings) of the other plugin to be able to enable both plugins and start the translation from scratch. I have access to the file manager and am wondering if it can be done there. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The site is breaking when both plugins are enabled due to incorrect translation, specifically missing string format specifiers (i.e., "%s").

Questions:
How can I delete all the translation information of the other plugin using the file manager?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you tried going to /wp-content/languages/ and /wp-content/languages/wpml to locate the specific .mo files from the needed plugin or theme and the language?

Before making any changes, please ensure that you back up your database first.
