This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are unable to access the plugins section in WordPress with your account because the WPML plugin is connected to a test free trial account instead of the paid subscription account.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab. Then click Unregister WPML from this site.
2. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML. You will see a message asking you to enter the site key. Click on Get a key for this site.
3. In your desired WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to Production site.
4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. When done, you can delete your old site key in the WPML account.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it’s outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development where the WPML plugin is installed. The plugin is currently connected to a test free trial account, but I want it to be connected to my account with a paid subscription. I am unable to access the plugins section in WordPress with my account.

Symptoms:
The WPML plugin is connected to a test free trial account instead of the paid subscription account.

Questions:
How can I disconnect the WPML plugin from the test free trial account?
How can I connect the WPML plugin to my paid subscription account?
