Background of the issue:
I am using a global footer in Portuguese on the Divi Builder. I translated it to Spanish using Divi Layouts (Footer Finalissimo Geral — Divi) for my site hidden link.
Symptoms:
The translated footer is not being displayed when selecting the Spanish version of the website.
Questions:
Why is the translated footer not appearing on the Spanish version of the site?
This may not be related but it can limit my testing capabilities. In the Advanced Translation Editor log, there is an error "Active record record invalid: Validation failed: Email can't be blank". Can you please add an email for my temporary user? Let me know when that's done and I'll continue troubleshooting.
Thanks for fixing that. I found that the problem was that you were translating the wrong template. The correct footer is the Divi Global Footer. Once I translated that one and cleared the cache, you can now see the translations in Spanish.
