Hi there.

Can you please elaborate a bit more on this matter?

For example: how are the footers added? Is there a footer template? Do you add them through the WordPress widgets area?

I tried to access your site but I get a 403 Forbidden error.

If the footer is set in Houzez, please take a look here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/creating-multilingual-real-estate-sites-with-houzez-theme-and-wpml/#translate-theme-texts

Also, please notice that Houzez is currently NOT fully compatible with WPML as you will see mentioned at the top of that page.

If there is an Elementor footer template (because I can see you have Elementor installed, too), then please take a look at this:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/creating-different-elementor-templates-per-language-with-wpml/

You can also send the Elementor footer template for translation from inside WPML > Translation Management:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#how-to-translate-elementor-with-wpml

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Please contact this person. I would have to open a ticket for all issues, even though the ticket has been open for weeks and nothing has been resolved. I don't want to repeat the same thing 100 times.

5 tickets, 5 different people. That's a bit too much; I don't have time for this.

This is ticket number #17070411

Hi there,

I'm not entirely clear on what you're referring to. I also noticed that you have copy-pasted the same message in other tickets.

Could you please clarify which ticket you are referencing? The ticket number provided, 17070411, isn't helping me identify it. It would be helpful if you could share the URL of the specific ticket you're talking about, as other colleagues have also requested.

The sooner we understand your needs, the faster we can assist you.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi there, and thank you for sharing the URL.

From what I can see, my colleague has already responded to you, and the ticket is currently in the "Waiting for feedback from customer" status.

Since this ticket is a duplicate, it would be helpful for you to follow up on the initial ticket rather than opening new ones. This keeps everything organized, and your original ticket can remain a priority.
