Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with a translated page where blocks are being deleted. They need to restart the translation process after these deletions and are also facing slow performance and timeouts, possibly due to the content volume within ACF. Additionally, the French version of the home page has lost most of its content blocks.
Solution:
We recommend checking the ATE Error log to identify potential causes for the issues. You can do this by navigating to WPML->Support->ATE Error log in your admin panel and reviewing the top 5 errors listed there. This step will help us understand what might be causing the block deletions and the slow translation process.
