This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate the text of a page created with a template using ACF & CPT UI plugins, despite being able to translate slugs and meta titles/descriptions.
Solution:
We recommended that the client access the template used for the page by hovering over 'Edit with Elementor' on the top admin bar when the page is open. Alternatively, the client can navigate to WPML → Translation Dashboard, locate the template, and send it for translation. For more details, we suggested visiting the WPML documentation on Elementor compatibility.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, or if it does not apply to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello, I created 13 different local landing pages (in NL) based on 1 template page with the help of the ACF & CPT UI plugin (3 fields city, postal code, member cities), so I only had to create 1 template page (a Custom Post Type) with dynamic fields.
I was able to get the slugs translated and the meta titles & descriptions, but I can't figure out how to translate my page text itself. I already messed up my other page slugs by trying myself, so I hope one of you could help me out on this.

Thanks!

Nico

Hi Drazen, everything works like a charm now! Thanks!

Could you please tell me how you made the template available under "Templates" so I was able to translate it? I have to make another set of similar pages so I'll have to repeat this process.

Thanks again!

Nico

Hello Nico,

Great, I’m glad to hear everything is working fine.

I didn’t make any changes on my side—I only shared the direct link to the template that is being used. You can access it by opening your page and hover over Edit with Elementor from the top admin bar.

Alternatively, you can go to WPML → Translation Dashboard, find the template, and send it for translation to yourself. You can find more details here:

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Dražen
