If you already did find it, can you please let us know the exact steps that you followed and maybe share some extra information together with maybe some screenshots or a screen recording so that we can better understand the current setup and what you have tried already?

It seems that the translation mode for the Field group containing the field is set to something other than "Expert," which is why the fields are locked, and youβre unable to change the translation preference for that specific field in the Custom Field Translation section. To modify the translation preference of certain fields correctly, I recommend the following steps.
- Navigate to "ACF β Field Group" and open the Field group which includes the specific field.
- At the top, there is an option to modify the Translation mode. Click on the "Change Option" link there.
- Choose the "Expert" mode from the available options.
- After selecting "Expert" mode, scroll down to the field you wish to change the translation settings for.
- Adjust the translation Preference as needed and then save your changes.
