Background of the issue:
I am trying to upload media at hidden link, select the DE language, and ensure it appears in the Media Library for the DE language. I have already enabled Automatic Translation.

Symptoms:
When I reload the page after uploading media, the media disappears and is not showing in the Media Library for the DE language. Automatic Translation is also not working.

Questions:
How can I resolve the issue of media disappearing from the Media Library for the DE language?
Why is Automatic Translation not working as expected?

Still my issue is not fixed.
