Hi, I my website is not working in 256M php memory limit after adding WPML, i want to fix this issue. when i deactivate it's working fine.

Thank you.

Please also provide FTP access so I can try to take a copy of the staging website. I attempted to disable the Kinsta plugins, but that caused a fatal error on the staging site.

It appears that I’m unable to install Duplicator or All-in-One WP Migration, as they seem to be blocked by your hosting. Are you aware of any alternative plugin we could use to create a copy of the site?

If not, could you please also provide a ZIP archive of the website files along with a database export so we can proceed further?

All-in-One WP Migration is already installed; you can remove and install yours if you need.
i also fix error of kinsta plugin.

Hello,

I have started backup but it is very slow and being interrupted by server, so it does not finish. I am not sure if it is due your server or disk size.

Can you please try to create a backup via All in one Migration or Duplicator, but make sure to exclude media files / backups / large files to keep the package small in size.

I have tried few times but I was not able to create a backup.
