This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After installing the WPML plugin, the client's site menu disappeared, and they were unable to reply or message the supporter assigned to their ticket.
Solution:
We are currently investigating the issue with the disappearing menu. If you're experiencing this, we recommend trying to use a different browser or disabling specific browser extensions that might conflict with the reply functionality. For the menu disappearance issue, please follow the ongoing discussion and updates in our forum: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/menu-got-disappeared-after-installing-the-wpml/.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I have installed the WPML plugin on a site under development. After installation, the pages were hidden, but the support team was able to restore them. Now, the menu has disappeared as well. I have raised a complaint but have not received a response from the support team. The supporter assigned to my ticket has not provided an option for me to reply or message him. We are planning to launch the site in 3 days and need immediate help.

Symptoms:
The menu is completely disappeared after installing the WPML plugin.

Questions:
How can I restore the menu that disappeared after installing WPML?
Why am I unable to reply or message the supporter assigned to my ticket?

Hi there.

I'm still investigating that matter; that's why I did not reply to our ticket here:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/menu-got-disappeared-after-installing-the-wpml/

But you should face no difficulties when trying to reply - you should be able to reply.

You could try using a different browser. Perhaps you are using specific browser extensions that might conflict with the reply functionality.

Hi Thanks for the option to providing this.

Actually, from the day One I installed WPML I am facing issues.

First time when I installed it was not at all loading Languages and again when I connected to the team, manually downloaded languages and uploaded to the table.

then Language choose option came up,

later all the pages gone, again connected to support team they made it to bring it back,

after wards I imported and exported posts into the site again it created an issues in creating exact replica what I had the posts and categories, I disabled the plugin and imported all the posts then it worked perfectly.

Now it is with the menu, I am ok to delete the plugin and to proceed for fresh installation without any issues I want the plugin to work.

But when I deactivate it keeps all old files, tables it stays like junk also.

Kindly help in this regard, we are planning to go live in 3 days and we need to import languages too.

Please help in this regard.
thanks in advance

So, can you please create a new ticket for each unique issue that you are experiencing so that we can properly focus on each of the issues?

You will be notified via email when there's an answer to any new ticket that you open.

We will continue to handle this issue with the menus disappearing in the initially-created ticket here:
