Page Preview Broken - Reducing Post Revisions even to 2 is not fixing it

jamesT-33	Background of the issue: I am trying to resolve an ongoing issue with page previews not reflecting changes. We are using WPML version 4.7.6, and most components are up to date. We have tried reducing post revisions to 2 and clearing revision history, but the issue persists. We are using Salient with WPBakery, Object Cache Pro, and WP Rocket. Symptoms: Various users are seeing old previews. After clearing revision history, the preview worked once but then stopped showing changes on subsequent previews. Questions: Why are page previews not showing the latest changes even after reducing post revisions? What could be causing the preview to work once and then stop showing changes?
