Problem:
The client reported that the stat chart, which appears on the original page, is missing on the translated French page. This issue has occurred previously and was not resolved permanently.
Solution:
We acknowledged the recurrence of the issue and confirmed that we are currently retesting the Houzez theme, which has been temporarily flagged as incompatible. This retesting is due to the theme's high customizability and numerous features. We have taken steps to address the issue in the meantime and have requested access to the client's site to implement a fix. We recommend that the client ensures that the theme and all related plugins are updated to the latest versions.
If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
