This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The client installed the SDL translation service and noticed that when submitting three languages, they appeared as three separate projects in SDL, one for each language.

Solution:

We explained that this is the expected behavior. The integration with SDL is designed to create a separate project for each target language. This is a standard part of the SDL translation workflow. If the client needs more technical details or specific assistance, we recommend contacting SDL support directly.

Background of the issue:
I installed the SDL translation service on my website hidden link. I am trying to submit three languages to the SDL translation service.

Symptoms:
When I submitted three languages to the SDL translation service, they appeared as three different projects in SDL, one project for each language.

Questions:
Is there a setting we can change to submit three languages as one project in SDL?

Hello, the steps outlined in the first link you sent have already been completed and the SDL Language Cloud is installed.

The steps outlined in the second link you sent do not address my question.

Hello,

For your kind information, this is the expected behavior. As per the integration with SDL, a separate project is created in SDL for each target language. This is how the SDL translation workflow is designed to function normally. If you need more technical details or specific assistance, please contact SDL support. Thank you for your kind understanding.
