Problem:
You are experiencing 404 errors on the English version of your product category pages even after updating the permalink and saving the slug via the 'Taxonomy Translation' option.
Solution:
We recommend resaving the permalinks to address this issue. You can do this by navigating to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and simply clicking 'Save Changes'. This action often resolves issues with 404 errors following permalink or translation adjustments.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. About Product categories i have applied your suggestions and used /collections slug for English version. Although i found sometimes its showing 404 error for English version of categories, I have updated the Permalink and then saved the slug again by going to "Taxonomy Translation" option. Should i perform anything else so it can keep redirecting properly to collection pages for English version. I am now testing with performing a CDN cache flush!

Can you provide some links as an example? Also, please upload some screenshots.

Try resaving the permalinks by navigating to Settings → Permalinks.
