Hello,

You are using menu items that are coming from the XStore Theme and I suspect a compatibility issue between the theme and WPML.

Would it be possible for you to install the latest version of the XStore Theme and its plugins on a test site that we will provide so that we can run further tests, escalate the issue internally, and work on a solution?

In case you can not cooperate on this matter:

Take note, that the issue seems to be that those menu items are not looking for the permalink in the correct language and this can happen if for example those menu items are not coded to WordPress Standards.

We can intervene in such cases by implementing WPML Hooks into the theme and/or its plugins, but generally, such integration will require the cooperation of the author to be solved.

Further, take note that the author sells this theme as WPML compatible, which means that the author might be well aware of how to make the theme multilingual for usage with WPML.

Best regards
Andreas

Hi,

I would like to offer to take a closer look and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further.

The required fields are below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to back up the site and database before granting us access.

If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site login details will be set to "PUBLIC". DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" here to create a copy of the site that I can use to investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server for this purpose.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Please note that WPML must also be registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/.

If you are not able to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

The private reply form looks like this:

The next time you reply, click on "I still need assistance".

Please note that we are obliged to request this information individually on each ticket. We are not allowed to access any credentials that were not specifically submitted on this ticket in the private response form.

Best regards
Andreas

About the menu:

Would it be possible for you to install the latest version of the XStore Theme and its plugins on a test site that we will provide so that we can run further tests, escalate the issue internally, and work on a solution?

About the "Add to cart" button:

As we only handle one issue per ticket I would like to encourage you to open a new ticket for this issue. If you would like me to proceed with you on this matter, please let me know and I will create such a ticket for you and assign it to myself.

Important: You need to active our addon "WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency" to be able to use WooCommerce with WPML.
