Background of the issue:
1. I am using the Blocksy theme on my website hidden link and have created a mega menu under the navigation 'SHOP'. I am trying to ensure it works across all languages. I updated all the plugins & theme. I pressed the WP Menu sync. I cleaed the website and server chache. I looked in the appereeacnce>menu if its corectly showing and translating the mega menu in other langugages, and its all showing correctly.
2. Additionally, I am attempting to fully delete languages that I no longer need in the Languages>Add/Remove Languages. I also removed from my file editor in Cpanel, the .mo & .po files of the languages.
Symptoms:
1. The mega menu works in English but does not load in other languages.
2. Deleted languages are not fully removed, and I still receive a notification to delete associated content from the database.
Questions:
Why is the mega menu not loading in other languages despite being translated and set up?
Why do I still receive a notification to delete associated content after removing languages and deleting .mo and .po files?
To further debug this issue without affecting your live site, I have set up a fresh WP site on a test server(cloudways). Please migrate your site to our test server and let me know once the migration process completes.
