Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I was able to see the issue on your site. Could you please try the following steps to check if this resolves it:

1. Create a new test page and add the problematic element.
2. Translate the page and check if the strings appear in the WPML Translation Editor.
3. If the strings are still missing, you can register the element for translation by following this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/

If the issue remains, please take a full backup of your site and upgrade my user role to Administrator so I can debug further. Also, kindly share the test page link where I can see the problematic element.

Thank you for your cooperation

Hi, I’m still unable to translate.
I have two widgets that I cannot translate.
Please guide me directly in one go, as I plan to finish this job as soon as possible.

You should be able to translate it by following the below steps:

1. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.
2. Download the Multilingual Tools plugin: hidden link
3. Install/activate it on your site.
4. Open the page in which custom Elementor elements are being used as Edit mode in default WordPress Editor: hidden link
5. It will generate the XML for custom Elementor elements.
6. Copy that XML and paste it on WPML >> Settings >> Custom XML Configuration section.
7. Made a small change in the default language to reload the translation.
8. Try to open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and see if now those strings are available for translation.

If the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you
