I am trying to:
WooCommerce Analytics seems to have problems locating/calculating refunds when WooCommerce Multilingual is enabled. It simply returns 0 / no data for refunds both when checking the revenue tab and the orders tab (filtering for refunds). When disabling WCML, the stats are calculated correctly.
This problem happens regardless of the selected currency in Analytics.
I expected to see:
Orders / revenue based on refunds
I can confirm that this is also a problem on the sandbox site, you just sent.
I just refunded order #128 as shown on the screenshot.
Going to Analytics -> Orders and filtering on Refunds , no refund data is shown. The same goes to Analytics -> Revenue where "Returns" is set to 0. See the attached screenshots.
I don´t have any news to share. The issue has been escalated to development but the timeline and prioritisation is not something that I can see.
When there is news on the ticket, I will be notified by email.
Sorry to not have better news for you. As of right now, the notes say that there is no workaround to provide and simply that the issue requires deeper work.
