Problem:
The client was unable to locate all of their support tickets and needed assistance in finding them.
Solution:
We informed the client that they were currently engaged in a live chat session with one of our colleagues, which is why they could only see one support ticket. We clarified that live chat sessions are not listed as tickets, which is why they were seeing only one ticket in their account. If the client is still having trouble finding their tickets or if they have any other questions, we advised them to let us know.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If you're still experiencing issues, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
