Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up WPML on my website. I installed WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, but it still shows as not installed. I tried downgrading to a different version, completely uninstalled, deleted, and re-installed the original version 5.5.2.1. I also used troubleshooting options like clearing cache in WPML, fixing element type collation, and setting language information. The issue persists. The issue is noticed in the support page of wpml where there is a table which checks the installations.

Symptoms:
WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is reported as not installed and not active, despite being installed and active.

Questions:
Why does WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency show as not installed and not active?
How can I resolve the issue to set up WPML correctly?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

It can show as not installed in WPML > Support page, this is already reported to us and going to be fixed in next versions. This is just a false notice, it does not affect your website in any way, so you can ignore it for now.

Just make sure to configure WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and it should work all fine.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Drazen
