Background of the issue:
I am trying to continue from the previous ticket today regarding issues with Woocommerce order emails and Woocommerce Bookings emails. I was told to try a workaround using this code:

add_action( 'woocommerce_booking_pending-confirmation', $this->handle( [ WC_Email_Booking_Pending_Confirmation::class, ] ), self::PRIORITY_BEFORE_EMAIL_TRIGGER );.

The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I still get multiple emails despite trying the suggested workaround.

Questions:
Why am I still receiving multiple emails after applying the workaround?
