Tell us what you are trying to do?
Im trying to import posts from a CPT to (WooCommerce) Products included with taxonomies, custom metafields.

Ive followed the instructions from the link down here but WPML doesn't reconize the secondary language as the translation of our default language.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/importing-multiple-languages-with-wp-all-import-and-wpml/#step-1-prepare-your-multilingual-content-for-importing

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No. It's on our Local WP.

What is the link to your site?
Local WP site.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The most important point to note in this type of import is that the unique identifier column values should match correctly, across the import files for the different language posts/products.
( ref: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/importing-multiple-languages-with-wp-all-import-and-wpml/#add-a-unique-identifier-to-your-spreadsheets )

Can you please share the example import files or their screenshots, along with the exact steps that you followed for this import process?

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar,

Thanks for your reply.
Ive uploaded screenshots of the settings. The content is going fine now. Except for WPML not finding the language.

Thank you for sharing these details, but the part about the unique identifier is still not clear from the screenshots.

Can you please share the temporary admin login details, of the website, for further troubleshooting? I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
